ADU Feasibility Review

Before investing heavily in an ADU, it helps to understand what is actually feasible.

This review is for homeowners considering an accessory dwelling unit who want a professional understanding of their options before investing in full design, permitting, or construction.

Think of this as clarity before commitment, not a set of plans, but a realistic picture of what’s possible.

Deliverables may include:

• Zoning and site constraints explained clearly
• Buildable area and placement logic
• High-level size and massing options
• Access, privacy, and light considerations
• Utility and setback implications
• Cost logic (not estimates), including where risk and complexity typically concentrate
• A visual site summary
• A short written explanation of tradeoffs and recommendations

This review is designed to be useful whether or not you continue working with StillPoint. The deliverables can be shared with your builder, designer, or consultant as part of your pre-design research and site understanding.

Many clients use this as a first step. If you later decide to move into full architectural design with StillPoint, this fee is credited toward that work.

Each project is a little different, so pricing is determined after a brief review of scope and complexity.
