The included on-site visit applies to properties within one hour of the NC Triangle. Locations beyond that may be available on a case-by-case basis.

Each project is a little different, so pricing is determined after a brief review of scope and complexity. Many clients use this as a first step. If you continue into full architectural design, this fee is credited toward your project.
