A one-time professional review of your existing drawings or layout, this review is intended to catch concerns early, before they turn into costly or frustrating problems.

Designed to be useful whether or not you continue working with StillPoint, deliverables can be shared with your builder, designer, or consultant as part of your project planning and may help you avoid unnecessary cost, frustration, and disappointment down the line.

• Cost-risk awareness (not estimates)

Each project is a little different, so pricing is determined after a brief review of scope and complexity. Many clients use this as a first step. If you continue into full architectural design, this fee is credited toward your project.
